Role: Led the Product Planning Committee, assisting management team and business line managers in creating a 3-year roadmap of products and services necessary to meet budget targets.
This included working closely with the stakeholders, helping them create simple MRDs or high-level specs, working with engineering to figure out ballpark estimates, coming back to business/marketing teams to pull together ROIs, and then prioritizing all of this work into a schedule with the Product Planning Committee including assisting with recommended engineering and project management hires to make it happen.
Continued to monitor and coordinate milestones and deliverables to present high-level progress report to management team on weekly basis and more detailed report on a quarterly basis.
