Role: Shared the user interface design role of Live365’s last site re-design with our our internal visual design team as well as garnering a fresh perspective from Digitaria, a design firm out of San Diego.
I created wireframes along with Digitaria that, in this example, included one of the first in-page, frame-based streaming players to be seen within our competitive circle (and the challenge of solving all the frame-related SEO issues that came with it). At that time everyone, including us, were using pop-up players.
We were attempting to pull off the feeling of an app (i.e. Rhapsody or iTunes at the time) but on a website. Since then, everyone’s gone that direction of course but we were one of the first.
