Usability Testing

Role: I assisted in hiring a third-party usability-testing company, Eureka Insights, to bring their expertise to the table — helping us in the testing of our website redesign. My tasks included assisting with initial goals, screening requirements, test script, prioritizing the areas we thought were our biggest concerns, as well as assisting in screening the actual applicants.
